[Fair Discharge of Duties]
7. We shall perform our duties in an honest and fair manner, and endeavor to establish a sound corporate culture.
8. On no account shall we receive any form of financial remuneration from interested parties that impairs fair judgment in discharging our professional duties.
9. We shall protect the assets of the Company and those of our customers, and use such assets only for appropriate purposes.
10. We shall refrain from making any immoral or unethical conduct, which is a target of social condemnation, both in personal and professional capacities.
11. We shall keep information related to the Company in strict confidentiality and pledge not to use such information without first acquiring prior consent of the Company.
12. We shall not engage ourselves in any political activities during working hours within the Company, and shall not use the Company organization, personnel or assets to political ends.
13. Except for socially accepted customs, exchange of gifts, entertainment offers, convenience, lending or borrowing of money is strictly not allowed among and between employees and officers.
14. We shall refrain from any remarks or conducts in either physical, verbal or visual form that will cause sexual humiliation on the part of the recipient of such remarks or conducts as well as any remarks or conducts that will harm sound comradeship
between colleagues

15. We shall not make any deeds nor forge any relations that cause a conflict of interests with the Company. |

1. The present Code of Ethics shall be revised and come into force as 07th May, 2007
2. The practical and detailed ethical code of conduct shall be drawn up in separate documents and become operative accordingly. |
