1) Overview
9400AWY digital microwave equipment can transmit 4DS1-(E) and 8DS-(E) in the frequency bands of 8GHz and 11GHz. Customers can choose frequencies and channel capacities according to their applications. The 9400AWY equipment consists of an Indoor Unit (IDU) and an Outdoor Unit (ODU). The latter refers to a wireless transceiver, while the former performs a signal processing of the base band. An IDU can be installed on a desktop or on the wall and can be loaded onto the standard 19¡±/ETSI rack.
In addition, the equipment guarantees the maximum interoperability among different types of network elements.It is very compact in size, so, it has the flexibility of being able to be installed easily in a small space with an expedient initial operation. The transmission capacities of 4DS-1(E) and 8DS-1(E) can be chosen easily using software keys according to the bandwidth used. The transmission capacities can be expanded if needed. Using software, a terminal can be configured and downloading of the software is possible. |

radio wave.
* Forward Error Correction(FEC) that corrects the bit errors that occur due to added noise and distortion of signal in the transmission line. |
