41th Annual Shareholders’ Meeting Held |

Huneed Technologies held the 41th annual general shareholders meeting at the Anyang Chamber of Commerce & Industry on 26 March 2010, with the Boeing Company represented by Mr. Gregory Laxton, vice president of Boeing Korea.
The meeting agenda included the audit/business report and the passing of resolutions on 5 items; approval of the 41th financial statements, partial amendments to the articles of incorporation, nomination of auditors, and approval of limits of total remuneration for directors and auditors, which were all approved.
At the meeting, the annual sales for the year 2009 were reported to be KRW 61.1 billion, a 42% increase from 2008, and the operating profit KRW 1.0 billion, marking a successful turnaround from 2008.
